I will be heading East next week and am looking forward to reuniting with some of my Arctic friends, and seeing the exhibition! There is a great review of the show in Jersey Arts that can be read here.

The Noyes Museum of Art of Stockton University will present
on Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 6:30-7:30pm

Five distinguished panelists will discuss climate change, including prominent journalists from Time Magazine and the New York Times, as well as scientists and artists. We invite the art, science and literary communities, along with the broader public, to join the dialogue on climate change.

The catalyst for the discussion is the Noyes Museum’s exhibition Frozen Earth: Images from the Arctic Circle. Featuring the works of artists from a 2013 Arctic Circle expedition, Frozen Earth offers a glimpse into how the changing environment of the northern extremes of our planet inspired artists to explore central issues of our time.
